On Wednesday, March 16, 2016, CommunityGrows Gardens Program Manager Adrian Almquist worked with youth from the Vision Academy from the BayView. Here they are weeding chard. They also learned about ecosystems, food webs, predators, prey, decomposers and pollinators. We ate ground cherries, and Swiss chard. Great day in the sun.

Wednesday, March 2, 2016 CommunityGrows started teaching classes at Alemany Farm thanks to a grant from Aetna Foundation Local Roots Program.
