On September 11th and 25th, a great group of volunteers from One Medical Group came to Cobb Elementary School Garden, maintained by CommunityGrows staff, and helped us remove green refuse and trash from the site. This school garden was built many years ago, but went into disrepair when funding for a garden educator dried up. Now CommunityGrows staff works with the after-school program to teach environmental education at the site. There are three tiers of land that have mature apple trees and flowering bushes. The One Medical Group did so much cleaning up of debris it transformed the garden. We could never have done this without you. Thank you so much One Medical Group volunteers.
