GOAL: TO PROMOTE HEALTHY EATING HABITS AND IMPROVE INTAKE OF NUTRITIOUS FOOD FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH

  • Serves 150+ youth between the ages of 4-15
  • Offers kids an opportunity to cook recipes from around the world using fresh, whole, culturally relevant ingredients
  • Teaches nutrition and cooking basics, including kitchen safety
  • Provides participating youth with recipes and cookbooks so they can prepare meals at home with their families
