Looking for a family-friendly volunteer opportunity this Spring? Join us for our garden workday! Connect with friends and neighbors as we mulch, weed, prune, compost, disperse wood chips, and do some general clean-up in the beautiful and historic Koshland Garden!

We’ll be out in the sun and possibly in some brambles, so please wear appropriate clothing, closed-toed shoes and bring a water bottle.

This event is open to the public — no prior registration is needed before the event. We look forward to seeing you there!

Rosa Parks Garden Work Day

Welcome spring with a garden workday at Rosa Parks Elementary! Connect with friends, neighbors, and the Rosa Parks community as we weed, turn compost, plant flowers, organize, and beautify the gardens at Rosa Parks. 

We’ll be out in the sun, so please bring a water bottle, appropriate clothing, and wear closed-toed shoes. Bathrooms and a water cooler for refills will be available.
