“Make it a day on, not a day off.” This was the rallying phrase as thousands of people across the U.S. turned out on January 15th to celebrate and honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s life and legacy. On Monday, CommunityGrows joined the AAACC, Citizen Film, and 3.9 Art Collective for our own day of service event with guest speakers, garden projects, and community art.
