Over the past few months we have held a number of workdays with some of our partners, including Starbucks, Kaiser-Permanente, Walden House and International High School. Starbucks stars, Ali Mouabdy and Jeremy Siemers have recruited over 20 employes to help in a number of workdays. In February Sir Lawrence Delouvre came by to share his unusual seed container and give a lesson on seed properties.

In April, our BEETS (Band of Environmentally Educated and Employable Teens) offered their considerable strength and expertise in our Koshland Park workday, lifting heavy bales of hay, among other garden tasks.
